The Ask
The client required a bungalow along with swimming pool, lawn areas, farming area, open multipurpose ground and parking space.
The Design
The plot was designed primarily to cater to the client's needs while distinguishing between private and semi-private spaces. The driveway and parking acts as the central axis along which the other spaces are arranged. The farming/ plantation area accommodates a greenhouse for keeping fresh vegetables and fruits. The open ground is designed to serve for various celebrations and occasions. The 4 BHK Bungalow sits at a corner of the plot having private access to the turf, gathering lawn area and the swimming pool. The trees are intentionally placed for visual barrier and to maintain privacy wherever necessary.
The Result
A one-stop weekend getaway for a serene and peaceful living. A blend of nature, play and togetherness.
